does the end justify the means?

ကံၾကမၼာေဖးမ၍ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ကို နာဂစ္ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးလုပ္ေနတုန္း Myanmar Egress က UN , ASEAN , Myanmar NGO ေပါင္းစီးထားေသာ VTA ဟုေခၚေသာ project တစ္ခုတြင္ logistics တစ္ေယာက္အေနနုင့္ တာဝန္ေပးခဲ့ တယ္ေလ။ နာဂစ္ဒဏ္ခံရတဲ့ ၿမို့ ေတြဆီေပါ့။ အဲဒီ VTA project က ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ကအေတာ္ေကာင္းတာေပါ့။ယူနုူိက္တတ္ေနရွင္း ၊ ၿမန္မာအစိုးရ နဲ့ အင္ဂီ်အို တို့ရ ပထမဆုံး ပေရာဂ်က္ၾကီးေပါ့။ ဒီပေရာဂ်က္မွတဆင့္ ၿမန္မာဒီမိုကေရစီအေရးကို သုံးဖြဲ့ေပါင္းၿပီး အတူတည္ေဆာက္ၾကမယ္လို့ စိတ္ကူးယဥ္ၾကတယ္ေပါ့။ ဒါေပမဲ့ တကယ္အလုပ္လုပ္ၾကည့္တဲ့အခါ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ့ထင္သလိုမဟုတ္ဘဲ UN အရာရွိေတြလုပ္ ေဆာင္ခ်က္က ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေတြးထားတာနဲ့ တလြဲၾကီးၿဖစ္ေနတဲ့ အခါ...........

ကၽြန္ေတာ္နဲ့အတူတာဝန္က်တဲ့ UN Officer က အေမရိကန္ကနွစ္ေယာက္ ၊ အစိုးရအရာရွိ ( ၄ ) ဦး ( ဒါရိုက္တာ အ ဆင့္ေတြ ပါ ) ၊ ဘာသာၿပန္လိုလို ကိုေအာ္ဒီနိတ္တာလို လိုတစ္ဦး နွင့္ ဆာေဗယာ ( ၃၀ ) ေလာက္ပါပါ တယ္။ ဇက္လမ္းကဒီမွာစေတာာ့တာဘဲ၊ အဲဒီသံုးေယာက္ကေတာ္ေတာ္ပါဝါရွိတယ္ဗ်ာ။ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ေလာ္ဂ်စ္ စတစ္ေတြက သူတို့ (၃) ဦးနဲ့ ဆာေဗယာေတြ လိုအပ္တာၿဖည္ံဆည္းေပးရမွာ ဥပမာ ေလွ၊ ကား (အမယ္ ဖိုးဝုီး ဆလြန္းကားဆိုဘဲ၊ နယ္ၿမို့မွာ ဒီလိုကားမ်ဴိးေတြ ရွားတယ္ဗ်ာ။ဲ NGO က ဒီလိုညြန္ၾကားထားတာ ပါ ။ အဲတာကU N ဘက္က လာတဲ့လူေတြေလ၊
အစိုးရဘက္ကေတာ့ ဒါရုိက္တာ (သို့ ) ဒုဦးစီး စသည္ၿဖင့္ ( 4 )ဦးေလာက္ ပါၾကတာေပါ့၊
NGO ဘက္ကေတာ့ survey ေကာက္မဲ့ လူငယ္ (၂၀ (သို့ ) ၃၀ ေက်ာ္ တၿမို့စီမွာ ထည့္ေပးရတာေပါ့။
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ကိုလည္း NGO က logistics အေနနဲ့ ဒီNGO က ပဲေရြးခ်ယိၿပီးပို့ေပးတာေပါ့၊ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ကအရင္သြားနွငိ့ၿပီး ကားတို့ ေလွတို့ ဒီပေရာဂ်က္ (၁၀ ) ရက္အတြတ္ ၾကို ငွားထားရတယ္ေလ။ ၿပီးေတာ့ UN officers ေတြ ၊ အစိုးရအရာရွိေတြ နဲ့ ဆာေဗယာေတြအတြတ္ ေနစရာရွာေပးထားရတာေပါ့၊ အလြန္ဟိတ္ဟန္မ်ားတဲ့ UN က အရာရွိေတြအတြတ္ တိုက္တစ္လုံး ၊ကားနွစ္စီး ငွားေပးထားရတယ္ေလ။ ဆာေဗယာေတြအတြတ္ ကားနဲေလွက အဆင္ေၿပသလို စီစဥ္ေပးရတာေပါ့။ ပံုေသေတာ့မဟုတ္ဘူး။ အစိုးရအရာရွိေတြအတြတ္ တည္းခိုခန္း ရွာေပးရတယ္ေလ။ သူစရိတ္သူရွင္းေပါ့။ ဟုတ္ကဲ့ UN officers တို့အတြက္ တိုက္တစ္လုံး ( တစ္လစာ ) ငွားေပးတယ္ ေနာင္ ၿပီး ကားနွစ္စီး ( ဖိုး.ဝွီး ) (၁၀) ရက္စာငွားေပးထားရတာေပါ့။ ဒိေနရာမွာတင္ UN project ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္ ေတာ္ ေတာ္ စိတ္ ကုန္သြားတယ္။ စဥ္းစားၾကည့္ပါ ဗ်ာ ။ UN ရယ္ ၊ ၿမန္မာအစိုးရ ရယ္ ၊ အင္ဂ်ီအို ရယ္ အတူတူပူးေပါင္းၿပီး သာတူညီမွ် လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမယ့္ ကိစၥ မွာ ( သူတို့ဒီလို ေၾကြးေၾကာ္ခဲတာပါ )။ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့က UN officers ေတြကိုဖူးဖူးမွုတ္ထားၿပီး ၊ က်န္တဲ့ သူကို လွည့္မၾကည့္ဘဲထားရမယ္တဲ။ အထူးသၿဖင့္ ၿမန္မာ အရာရွိ ေတြကိုေပါ့။ကၽြန္ေတာ္ တပ္မေတာ္အစိုးရကို မၾကိုက္ပါဘူး ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ခြဲၿခားတာေတာ့မၾကိုက္ဘူး။ ဒီအရာရွိေတြကလည္း နာဂစ္မွာလူေတြေတာ္ေတာ္ ဒုကၡ ေရာက္လို့သာသီးခံေနတာ ပါ။စိတ္ထဲကေတာ့ေၾကနပ္္ပုံမေပၚဘူး။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္လည္း ေတာ္ေတာ္ စိတ္မေကာင္းၿဖစ္ရတယ္ တကယ္ပါ။

ကိုယ့္ၿမန္မာလူမ်ူဴိးကို လာနွိမ္သလိုခံစားခဲ့ရတာပါ။ ဘာေကာင္ေတြမွန္းမသိပါဘူးစိတ္ေလတယ္။ ဒီၾကားထဲ ဆာေဗယာေတြက တေမွာင့္ သူတို့ကလည္း UN အားကိုး နဲ့ ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ားမွမ်ား ။သူတို့က ဒီလိုေတာင္းဆိုၾကေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကဒီလိုၿမင္တာေပါ့။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ေတြဟာ ဒီမိုကေရစီနဲ့ထိုက္တန္ပါရဲ့လားလို့။ တ ကယ္လို့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေနရာနမွာ စစ္ဗိုလ္တစ္ေယာက္ဆိုုရင္ သူတို့ ဒီလိုေတာငိးဆိုရဲံမလားသိခ်ငိလိုက္တာ။ ဒီမိုကေရစီက ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ကို demanding person (သူတို့လို )ၿဖစ္ေအာင္တြန္းပို့မွာလား။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ ကရုိးရိုးေအးေအးေနတတ္ေတာ့ ဒီစနစ္နဲ့အဆင္ေၿပပါ့မလား။demanding person ၿဖစ္မွ ဒီမိုကေရစီထြန္းကားမွာလား။

ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဒီကိစၥေတြၿပီးတာနဲ့ UN ကိုအထင္မၾကီးေတာ့ပါဘူး။
သူတို့ ( project မွာတာဝန္က်ေသာ UN officers )က ပေရာဂ်က္ (သို့) ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ေအာင္ ၿမင္ရင္ ဘယ္နည္းလမ္းမဆို ေကာင္းတယ္ ( the end justifies the means ) ဆိုတဲ့ ၁၅ ရာစု အီတလီ ေတြးေခၚပညာရွင္ မက္ခီရာဗယ္လီ ရဲ့ဆိုရုိးအတိုင္း follow လိုက္ေနသလိုဘဲ။ငါတို့ ပေရာဂ်က္ ေအာင္ၿမင္ဖို့ အတြတ္ မင္းတို့ အင္ဂ်ီအို ေတြက ကန္ထရိုက္အတိုင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေပး ။မလုပ္ေပးနိုင္ရင္ ငါတို့အၿပစ္မဟုတ္ မင္းတို့တာဝန္မေက်လို့ ဒီရလဒ္ထြက္လာတာ စသည္ၿဖင့္ ယူဆေနသလိုဘဲ။ ေတာ္ပါ ။လိမ့္လိုက္ေတာ့ ေမာင္းမင္းမ်ား ။

ဤပိုစ္ၿဖင့္ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာက်ဆင္းခံ၍ နာဂစ္ၿပန္လည္ထူေထာင္ေရးအတြက္ ကူညီခဲ့ေသာၿမန္မာအစိုးရအရာရွိမ်ားအား အနူးအညြတ္ေတာင္းပန္အပ္ပါသည္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကေတာ့တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ သစ္ပင္ေတြကိုၿမင္တက္ၿပီး တစ္ခါတစ္ခါ သစ္ေတာၾကီးတစ္ခုလုံးကိုငွက္တစ္ေကာင္အလားၿမင္တတ္တယ္ေလ။ ဒါေပမဲ့ တစ္ခါးတစ္ရံ ခ်စ္သူကုိပဲကြက္ၿပီးၿမင္တက္တာ ေပါ့။ အဲဒါေတြကကၽြန္ေတာ့ ကိုယ္ပိုင္သုံးဖက္ၿမင္ေပါ့။ ဒီ ေတာ့ကာ တစ္စုံတစ္ဦးဟာဒုိင္းမစ္ရွင္းတစ္ခုတည္းနဲ့ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကိုၾကည့္မယ္ဆုိရင္ သံုးပံုတစ္ပုံပဲမွန္ ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ရပါဒယ္။

contract culture betwdeen employee & employer

it's modernized in this time of our country now, supposing to build mutual relation between them ,to the purpose of increasing their relevant company's profit. but when it doesn't meet our culture,happy go lucky good, none can tell what wrong on this modernized culture.both of them have already known that we don't feel like to go any court & facing court, weather good or bad, is our sort of fear in-bornly. we have to culture it to get in to meritocracy. otherwise , we r like a school-boy who never pass his present grade.i may not be going too far , if i said like that . will u pleased to my opiniom?
